1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of Mentesserena’s website and services. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

Mentesserena provides:

  • ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD assessments
  • Clinical consultations
  • Written clinical reports
  • Neurodiversity education and workplace talks

Services may be delivered in person or online.

3. Eligibility
  • Clinical assessments are available for individuals aged 4 years and above
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the information they provide is accurate and complete
4. Bookings & Payments
  • Appointments are booked via our designated booking system
  • Payment terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking
  • Some services may require payment in advance
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in up to 50% of the fee being deducted
  • Failure to attend without notice may be treated as a late cancellation
6. Clinical Nature of Services
  • Assessments and consultations are provided based on clinical judgement
  • Outcomes cannot be guaranteed
  • Reports are based on the information available at the time of assessment
7. Corporate & Workplace Engagements
  • Workplace talks, training, and consultancy are agreed on a case-by-case basis
  • Pricing, scope, and terms will be confirmed in writing before delivery
8. Limitation of Liability

Mentesserena will not be liable for:

  • Decisions made by third parties based on our reports
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, reports, and materials remain the intellectual property of Mentesserena unless otherwise agreed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
